@jazzythings: I’ve had quite a few people tell me that I won’t be able to put on size and stay lean. That a “lean bulk” isn’t possible. What I have to say to that is WATCH ME!!! I’ve already noticed big changes in my body and this is only the beginning of my improvements! I push my body beyond limits I ever thought possible, I do not give up, and I am more determined than ever to improve myself every damn day 😈 (⬅ determined face). So again: WATCH ME!!! 👊💪
